在熱循環(huán)期間,焊料在晶界受到漸進非彈性變形。隨著溫度變化增加,造成的損壞程度也會增加。Alpha 的焊料由比例最佳的銀和錫,以及單晶微結構組成,可增加熱循環(huán)可靠性。
由于成分不同,某些合金可能會在更加困難的熱循環(huán)條件下表現(xiàn)出比其他合金更好的熱疲勞抗力。在電路板組裝行業(yè)中公認的一個事實是,銀含量更高的無鉛合金比銀含量較低或不含銀的合金更能承受更加惡劣的測試條件。Alpha 圍繞最終產(chǎn)品的最終使用環(huán)境開發(fā)了一系列無鉛合金。
